MATERIALS USED BY PHOENIX INNOPLAST
We work with all injectable polymeric materials: PP, PE, ABS, PA 6, POM, PMMA, etc. loaded or unloaded.
One specialty in particular is the injection of flexible materials: SBS, SEBS, EPDM, flexible PVC, etc.
Our expertise is the combination of various materials, in overmolding (for example SBS on PP or SBS on metal) and in bi-injection.
PRODUCTION TOOLS
We have actually twenty injection machines.
Among the most recent presses is a bi-injection press for large volumes of materials.
The capacity of the presses is between 60 and 330 tons allowing an injection volume of up to approximately 1.3 kg.
We also have several vertical presses for mono-injection, bi-injection and overmolding.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As already announced on our home page, we can manage your projects from A - Z, from the conception and design to the industrialization of series production.
We can handle large projects with multiple parts to design, manufacture and assemble.
